This is for an Anderson patio slider circa 1993. Latch gets stuck and does not want to move up and down. I broke off thumb latch trying to move it. Please tell me you have the parts!

The thumb latch broke on my 200 series Permashield Andersen sliding door. I unscrewed the latch plate and removed it. The parts shown fell out when I did so. I also pulled out the reachout lock. I left the adjustable lock receiver in place. I'm not sure what to purchase to fix this. Can you he ... (cont.)

Hello, i?m really not sure what I need to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated! No key for the lock (i?m not sure if the mechanism inside where the lever was, is broken so happy to replace that whole piece). The slit on the side of the door is 4 1/4?. Thank you!

It looks like product code 82-043 on your website. But ours got "AW" on the the latch which might be a different brand so I'm not sure if it is the same. Also we need 2. One switch up to the left and the other lock switch up to the right. Thank you

It sounds like you may be referring to our 82-043 Andersen tribeca thumb latch. However, I can't be sure if this is what you're referring to without seeing photos of your hardware.
