question: I am trying to replace a spiral balancer from my window frame. I watched your video about removing the screws from the bottom of the window to attach and replace the balancer. The only problem I cannot find any screws to remove from the window lower casing. I am looking at series 500 for ... (cont.)

I had spoken with one of your representatives yesterday. I have 2 single hung windows that need the spiral balances, and shoe/clip replaced. If you can identify what I need, please let me know so I can order them. Thank you!

Our single hung aluminium windows feature S 400 spiral balances which have failed. How do we get them out - can't pull out the bottom because the metal bracket (maybe 17-010 or similar?) is in the way. Can't pull out the top because the spiral band cross clip hangs up on the metal bracket. Should ... (cont.)

The alum window bottom sash has a hollow (three sided) (open towards the bottom) channel running along the bottom. Does the bracket (#25) just snap into that channel with the hook towards the outside and the snap-in (1 inch tall) portion to the inside? There is nothing to screw into on this window w ... (cont.)
