Hello, We are looking for a sliding door handle to fit the lock type of the sliding door. The lock type for the door is Mortise Lock, Round Face, 3-11/16" (product code 82-218). We do not have the door handles that went to the door, and need to get handles so that the lock can be engaged and the doo ... (cont.)

Markings large "V" below it "A" also need 2 latches #82-107

no number no brand name

I need a replacement for this parts do you have it ?

Can you help me confirm that the STAINLESS STEEL MORTISE LOCK, ROUND FACE Product Code: 82-243 is the correct Mortise Lock based on the images attached? I am also purchasing LEGACY KEYED HANDLE SET, 3-15/16" (1-5/8" DOOR). Sent pics earlier.

Broke latch lever off. The old one was brass but really doesn't matter. White would be fine. Need lock and keys handles. Took the old one off and holed matched perfectly with 82-086. Lock and latch are Ok. Door is 1 and half inch thick.Does everything else except lock & latch come with handles and k ... (cont.)

The lock isn't working. When you go to lock it the latch will not go up and down.

No markings. item is 3" x 1" x 1/2".

I believe this is manufactured by Quanex. i am in need of the door lock not the handle. thanks Victor

The photo is all I have left of the locking mechanism. When the handyman was taking it out so I could try to find a replacement, it fell down into the door. I have an angled lock in a roughly 3" mortise that looks a lot like 82-218 and is longer within the frame (possibly the 3-11/16"). I'm hoping this handle 82-086 fits in the existing angled lock. The lock is not vertical. Is the angled vs. vertical lock detail important for fitting this handle 82-08 ... (cont.)

I need a replacement handle for a heavy 8ft sliding glass door. There's no key lock just an internal lock but either option is fine, just need it to handle the weight of the heavier than normal door please
