I need a new door handle with lock. This patio door was installed when my house was built in 1997. No markings or numbers on it. I believe its a Silverline. My windows were Silverline.

I have an International Brand hand, latch and keep I need to replace. I havent a clue what measure for. Any help most appreciated!

Hi I just order an 82-218 lock for a sliding glass door, 1416264 was the order number, the part looks correct and even if I turn it around the screw hole line up just perfect, but the door has a metal sleeve inside that is cut round and doesn?t allow the lock to go in. I am trying to find a replacement mortise lockset that will fit my Pozzi 6068 sliding patio door (no outside key). I have looked through your catalog and it would appear that your model 82-243, 82-218, or 82-223 latch sets would replace my currently inoperative latch (broken inside spring). The mou ... (cont.)

Purchased the handle set 82-086 and didn?t realize I needed the lock purchased separate. Does the 82-218 fit for this handle?

existing door hardware does not latch. The door handles are marked 608-1-1 (inside) and 608-2-1 (outside, numbers shown in pic). The remaining broken off piece of a brown plastic plate in the inside handle is marked with the Arcadia mark (shown in pic). How can I replace the missing latch, or the entire assembly? Replaced the inner lock before, now the inside lever it's not engaging the lock and I cannot lock the door. Do I need just the lock part, and do you also have the leaver...or whole lock and handle... inner lock is 3 11/16 inches....
