The locking mechanism on my sliding door is broken. The lever on the door handle does not move the hook that should extend out to connect to the connector on the door frame. Sorry I do not know the make of the sliding door.

The latch on the door handle is broken. I need to replace it - door is 25 years old, so I just need something that I can use as replacement handle. Can you help me with the correct part please?

Hello, Could you please assist me in identifying the glass sliding doors in MainVue Home, which was built in 2014 in Oakleigh, Kent, Washington? I believe these doors may be your branded ones.

the two handle and lock parts as well as the inside lock thing which was taken out by my locksmith.

Need a new set

Plate measures 6 1/8" Outter bolt holes measure approximately 5". indoor handle bolts measure 4" apart .

Please help me determine which part to replace this latch with. Thank you!

Hello and thank you for any help with the sliding patio door handle replacement. The only information that I found on the door was a label NAMI NFRC 100/200; Code: SPM; Spec: NFRC; Series: 800 SGD; MST: 62610. No information on the handle itself

Seems the internal spring that pushes the hook out is broken. Outside keyed handle and inside thumb lever to lock. 25 years old.

Product Code: 82-227 Mortise Lock, 5-3/8 Can you confrim this lock will work. I measure 5-5/8. Also am I able to get a screw for the handle?

Hi I have several of these doors; one of the handles has broken on the exterior; the portion connecting the wooden part to the black plate against the door has snapped - it is a purely exterior break, not involving any parts internal to the latch or lock.
