Is the lock lever reversible such that it an move up/down while being away from the latch mechanism (opposite of depiction)?

The number 1298723 is cast inside the handle. I want to make this a keyed entry. Screw holes are 3 15/16" apart. I have two doors to do this too. Outside looking in, the lock/slider is on the left. I'm comfortable making the modifications to existing hardware, just don't know what cylinder to ge ... (cont.)

PLEASE HELP!!!! sliding door handle, 3 15/16 hole spacing. The only thing special is the lock cylinder is angled. I hope you can tell what I mean from the photos. It needs to be angled or you can not use the key, it is too close to the door. Please tell me you can help. Thanks

Not sure what the model number is but we need an exterior lock with keys for this sliding door. This opens from the interior of the home toward the left. What part do you recommend to get?

The distance between the mounting screws is 11". I operated the one deformed actuator and both arms extended as show in picture 368. There is one lever that operates both evidently. I would like to get a new unit if that is possible.
