Need to replace the lock for the sliding door.

I need am interior and exterior keyed replacement handle for sliding glass door. The exterior is competely off and the interior is cracked.

I am having trouble getting the key lock on a new replacement handle to engage the mortise lock. As another person mentioned, my instructions don't contain any info about the lock. Hello, i have a phillips series 870 patio door and i need to replace the handle as the outer handle has broken. It is a keyed handle and i don't particularly care if it is keyed or not. Do you have anything that i can replace it with? Thank you!! Andrew B.

The black outside handle has sash controls Inc. PT 1963 inside it. The inside handle has a number 1060-1943. The metal piece that shoots the lock arm out is broken. Outside handle is also missing the key slot (and keys are gone too). Please let me know which assembly to buy.Thanks, John ... (cont.)

Hi the thumb turn does not always turn the lock. It feels like the bar from the cylinder slips or is loose. I'm not sure if I need a new handleset, just the keyed cylinder or the mortise lock? The keyed cylinder is 3/4" wide by 1 3/4" long.thanks

This is a jeld-wen door purchased from Menards approximately in 2014. I don't have a model number. The interior locking mechanism works if I remove the handles and insert a flathead screwdriver to open and close the lock, and the fixed hardware on the door frame is also intact.
