84-031 Spring Tension Screen Door Roller, 1" Steel BB Wheel

Hello I purchased screen door rollers 84-006S. Having trouble installing enclosed picture of old and new was wondering if I have the correct ones . My wheel diameter is the same size as your 84-031.

I need to replace my screen door rollers again (5 years) due to rust from living near the Gulf. The roller type is the M spring type 84-001, or 84-031, or 84-007. The screws used for tension are also rusted. Is there a roller and screw that you could recommend that may not be subject to quick rustin ... (cont.)

Looking for rollers for 1986 era Oldcastle patio doors Roller has 1" diameter with metal wheel and is 1/4" thick. The metal strip is 11/32" wide and has overall length of approximately 2 3/4" with a metal pin that fits into the frame

The 84-031 looks like a perfect match for the current rollers in our screen door but we also need replacement adjustment screws and nylon grommets that hold the spring in place and provide the threading for the adjustment screw. Do you sell these and/or know of someone who does?

I don't see any markings on the screen door. I can send photos of the French door if you need. There is an adjustment screw on the side, but removing it doesn't loosen the roller. I have seen YouTube videos where you can pry the roller off the retaining clip, but this roller is spot welded to the ... (cont.)

Patent No. 3090084 It took me some time to pry this one out, and am not looking forward to wrestling the other 7. (4 each, two top, two bottom, on two balcony sliding screen doors.) I've indicated "Quick learner" as there is no "All Thumbs" choice. Regards, Martin

Two are missing (from bottom of door) One is unattached, the other is still in place but I cannot get it out, even with screws removed. It appears to be a 84-005M or 84-102, but since there is no bar attached to the one that is loose, it is anybody's guess what it might be. And since I cannot remove ... (cont.)

I made a new screen door that's 35" wide by 96" tall. I don't know how much it weighs but it's too heavy for your 84-001. Do you have a roller with a stronger tension?
