Do you have screen door roller that's stronger than the one I bought from Ace Hardware? It's the same as your 84-031.

I was able to remove the roller from the sliding screen door. See attachments for some pictures to view and let me know which ones to order. I will need four of them. Two on the top and two on the bottom. The ones in the door are all metal. I measured the metal piece

I managed to get to my home in Atco, and look at the sliding screen door.However, I did not know how to take it out. It is all metal as shown in the picture below (from the Swisco website). But, it looks like the second picture below.

I dont know the brand of my sliding screen door but mine had these plastic corner inserts. Theyre 1-1/8 just like the 95-020 Acorn, but my piece appears to be just about a hair above 3/8 wide. I have an older (25 yrs) "The Atrium Door" brand screen door that has a broken nylon adjuster lever (internal to the door) and broken spring wheel. Is there a better option to the "M" spring roller? My existing roller is the "M" type, 1" steel.

I am trying to determine which part would work best as a replacement. I will likely order 8 as we have 2 doors. The house was built in 1960, but I'm not sure the doors are that old. I keep replacing my 84-001 nylon rollers. I'm lucky if a pair lasts a summer. The part that fails EVERY time is the rivet connecting the spring steel to the wheel bracket. The track is clean and the door is handled gently by adults. Would 84-031 rollers be more durable? Thanks.

Do you have the 84-001 or 84-031 style in Stainless steel? I live in a sandy area and my patio doors are at grade level. My current doors have steel rollers that have rusted and do not turn. how do you remove the old spring tenison roller and housing from the existing screen door? I can only find the adjustment screw.

I have a Marvin sliding patio door screen circa 1989 or so. The roller and bearing axle assembly broke off a 5/16" wide spring. It looks similar part 84-031 but different in that it looks like the "Stop" is separate from the spring portion. I can't get either the broken spring or stop out of the a ... (cont.)
