No ID on rollers. Patio door vintage 1989. Possible to use a universal roller assy that screws in from bottom?

It's for patio screen doors from the mid 60's to I think the late 70's it's for an apartment building and we are looking into buying stock

I have no idea how old these are or what brand. They don't seem to match any of the corner assemblies I can find. I just need to replace the wheels but they're riveted into a frame, so I guess I need the whole assembly. They also have a right and left version, not sure if that matters. ... (cont.)

I think this wheel fell off of the screen for my Macor 70 patio door screen. I'm wondering if a replacement part is available. If a part is available, I would probably have it installed by a handman rather than try to do it myself.
