I recently purchased 4 rollers assemblies from you, however when I received them, the roller is 1 1/4". Product code 84-016 The roller on mine is 7/8" in diameter. I need a screen door roller and your 84-091 appears to be what I need except for one thing. Is the width actually 3/8"? 3/8 of course = .375 and according to my calipers, the one I have is .327 and the slot it fits in is .35. Will your 1 1/4" roller work OK to replace a 1" roller or are 1" rollers available for 84-016.

How do I remove the old 84-091. I can get the riveted or screwed portion of the roller low enough below the screen door to access the screw or rivet. The roller will only drop down so far.

Hello, 84-091 appears to be part from my screen. Actually door never did work smooth. I had rescreened and while re-inslling noticed adjustment skrew on one roller spins freely. #1 What is the problem if adj. skrew spins freely without tensioning the roller? #2 How does one remove part 84-091 from d ...
