The window brand is ATRIUM. This is a Sliding window balance. markings found on this: 25-9 IX CC 11 where can i buy this part? where can i buy the wheel set.

I am going to need to drill out the old screws because they're corroded, I previously ordered rollers for my large sliding glass doors, and you nailed them perfectly.

I ordered the 1/2" with axle pin and the roller is too small and the pin too short. Roller 5/8 or 3/4 and the pin is 7/8". Anything close.

Can you tell me the diameter of 87-089 at the smallest point of the groove? Thanks. I'm looking for a ball bearing roller with less than 0.43" at smallest diameter. This doesn't have ball bearings, but it might be good enough. Do you know of a better choice? Slide-co has 172531 with an outside ... (cont.)

Hello, This roller is from a metal frame window at our condo that was built in the early 1980s. There are no markings on the part or window that identify a manufacturer.
