I'm looking for the top sash channel guide and can't identify which one of your parts is the equivalent. I have also attached a picture of the stamp on the channel balance. It is approximately five eights wide and 1 3/4 tall. Can you help? Don

This is off a 24 year old non-tilting window sash. It is made of aluminum and measures 1-5/8" from top to bottom. It measures 1/2" from the outside of the longest side to the end of the cross piece. (The lower cross of the letter "F" as seen from the side.) Manufacturer is unknown. ... (cont.)

I have window with 2830F Channel Balance. I am having trouble figuring out the correct parts to order. Here are photos of the channel balance bottom. thanks, Michael

I will need a pair of 27" channel balance with 9/16 width. Since the shoe measure 1", series 380 seems to be the closest. While the top is not an exact match and I lost one of the top sash guide I will need to replace both top guide. Will 18-065 top sash guide be a right choice? That look clos ... (cont.)
