Attached are pics of a side view, front view, and back view of what I believe are called sash guides. My windows have metal ones that I need a replacement for. The measurements are: 5/8 inch width 9/16 inch deep 1 5/16 inch long What's my best bet? Thank you.

Window isn't catching the balance in the right level, I think I need to replace one of the top guide. This window is using 30" Series 380 Channel Balance 2930. Can you tell me which one I need?

Hello, I want to repair my windows and I've noticed that one metal sash guides is broken. Could you please help me to find corresponding replacement? Should I also replace sashes with spring?

Please find attached photos of my broken widow hardware. I've also included a picture from the opposite side showing the same piece of intact hardware. Need replacement balances and the top engagement part. These windows have extruded aluminum parts that have failed.

Part is 11/16 across and 2 5/16 long. It is aluminum coated with brown paint. Do you stock this part?

Reached out to you guys about a year ago. The guide suggested by one of your associates is a little too large. The top "hook" extends 11/16". This extra depth prevents one channel balance from getting past angle. And the one side that does get past the angle extends above the top of the lower window ... (cont.)

I have a sliding window that uses your springs. The top of the window has a metal tab that hold the spring in the track so the tensioner can work. However, on one of my window the tab broke. I need to replace just the tab. Do you sell these too?

I need the name of this part. It's on the top upper portion of the window itself. It catches the top sash cam plastic piece to hold the window up. The upper tab broke on another window and the sash cam is not being held by anything unless I pull out the clip in the window frame to hold it. ... (cont.)

The part that catches the channel balance as I close the window is broken. So it channel balance does not lower with the window. The part is 1 1/4" long, 5/8" wide, and 9/16" deep. The screw is 1" long.

These parts are aluminum, not sure of the weight of the windows but they are pretty heavy. Need four pieces asap

I just ordered two sets of 34" Series 350 Channel Balances last week and as I was replacing the balances I noticed significant wear and tear as well as damage to one of the sash guides.
