I ordered some Channel Balances from your company and when replacing them I realized there was a plastic piece on the window that had also broken. I need two replacement block and tackle balances. see attached pictures. 21" length metal to metal. 5/8" depth. I think the stamp is 2040 on the side. any advice of how to order?

I'm ordering a pair of channel balances. I'm doing this for someone else, so I don't have access to the window right now. Hi there, Looking to replace channel balances on my rental apartment, have one of the channel balances off and the only stamp on there says 20C U.S.B. I've figured out the 19-002 top, 15-004 bottom and the length is 21 inches...just need to know the stamp. Also, do I need to bother ... (cont.)

I think I have found a close match but I am sure it is not exact. I have a non tilt single hung Milguard window, the window pane and inside frame when removed measures 28" wide by 20 3/4" tall. Both balancers are completely missing. On a seperate window, the height measured 29 3/4" and the balan ... (cont.)

I think based on your website that I need a S350 series counter balance but not a 100% sure as the 19-002 Top looks a bit different with the cross members as my counter balances do not have that feature. I have taken some pictures which I can post if it would help with identification to insure I or ... (cont.)

First, measure the metal part only, this will determine the balance length. Then, give us any numbers printed on the balance. Last, take a look at the balance shoes (attachments) and see if you can match them to a set Swisco carries (this will determine the balance series).
