how do i find the balance weight for my window i don't see it stamped on the balance

Hello, I am in need of 8 new window balances for double pane no tilt storm windows. I need 4 that say 2821DS and are 29 inches long metal end to metal end, and 1/2 inch wide. 2 that say 33DS 19 and are 34 inches long metal end to metal end, and 1/2 inch wide. 2 that say 3316 and is 34 inches ... My old channel balance is marked 2830. It looks similar to the S350-29. However the shoe is broken off and missing. In your online video for replacing a channel balance it shows a metal hook to latch the channel shoe in place but I don't see the metal hook mentioned or shown for the S350-29 with the ... (cont.)

While I think the S350-29 will match channel balance I'm trying to replace, I have a quick question. On the current balance, the number is 28 5 which I think will match up to the 2850, however it also has "BSI" stamped fairly close. What does the BSI mean and does it affect what I need to orde ... i need to replace the channel balance in several windows. Please see attached photos. All of my windows have the balance 283088081P which is 29 inches. I am looking for eight replacement sash balances with channel dimensions of 9/16 W, 5/8 D, 29" L and a spring length of 13.25" (14" including the hooks). There is a stamp on one end marked "28 B, B.S.I.". The closest balance I can find is the series 350, the 19-002 looks fine but I am unsure on th ... (cont.)

I am replacing the broken balancers in my windows. They look like the 350 series. They are 29 inches long. They have stamped on them ub 26D USB and 28D USB. I was wanting to order the correct one. Thanks Jim +

I think based on your website that I need a S350 series counter balance but not a 100% sure as the 19-002 Top looks a bit different with the cross members as my counter balances do not have that feature. The "2" may indicate that you may need option 2820, this will carry a window sash weight range of 12 through 16 pounds; The "D" may indicate you need to choose option 2840, this will carry a window sash weight range of 23 through 28 lbs.
