Part identification
I need help identifing a part. It's stamped with 2840 and looks most similar ro your 350 series but the bottom plastic piece is 1 1/4 wide, not 1 3/32. Photo's attached.

Sash Balance

Hi, Could you please confirm the part number? this appears to be a 28" series 395 channel balance, but it measures 28.5". Stamp indicates 27 1/2" 3 Caldwell DM. Can you please confirm length and appropriate option?

Hi, I have a broken channel balance I need to replace. It is stamped 2830 BSI. I think this is equivalent to your model 380 Channel Balance? A plastic wing is broken off one side. My channel balance looks like a S350. The window is a western product, the channel balance is 29 inches (overall) long by1/2 in. With markings 27 9 GV CMC 7. Which one do I need and Is there a discount for buying quantity?(10 or 12)

window balance
I need a 29 inch long window balance, approximately 5/8 in wide metal frame. It has the numbers 2820, 88, RST on it. I don't know the brand but the window has NC 1201 CBA on the inside of the frame. Thank you for your help.
