Could you please advise the replacement of the photos I attached? There is "14-3 IMX CMC11" printed on the parts but the length (not included the plastic part) is 15 inch.

Metal guide with 1420 stamped on meatal part. Metal clip broke on back.

Need to replace these sash balances...4 pair of 27" (sash size=40" x 30") and 4 pair of I5" (sash size=18" x 44").

Can you tell me what series of channal balance this is? It's 15" long. 1417 is stamped on the balance.

Twice a year I clean the outside of my windows. This year one of the balances came lose and fell in the back of my building.
