I need to replace channel balances in my 28 year old Jordan non-tilt windows, but the dimensions do not match up with anything on your website. I have windows with balances 23 1/4 inches long balances which are 1/2 wide and have #2220 stamped on them . Other, wider windows have balances with the sam ... (cont.)

I am looking at the 351 channel balance for replacement of my old ones only based on appearance of the shoes. The code on my 23" channel balance is 22-D which doesn't seem to match any of your numbers. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks..........Henry

I think I found the right balance, but not sure. There are no numbers on mine, but I found a photo that I think matches. Seems to be the S351-23 24" Series 351 Channel Guide. Help!

I pulled 6 channel balances out of 3 windows. Four of them are numbered 2240Z and two are numbered 2240. The 2240Z's appear to be newer. The 2240 and 2240Z were mixed together in 2 windows so my best guess is that the 2240's are old and that the 2240Z's were used as replacements sometime in the p ... (cont.)

I am interested in buying 8 # 2220 and 8 # 1620 1/2 channel Balances with top and shoe attached. I am sending pictures to get the right top and shoe. If you could please help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I think it is a 350 series but I am not sure. Best regards Rober ... (cont.)

Can you please help me identify my channel balances? All the ends are the same. Just different lengths like the pictures I sent yesterday.
