I need to know which window balance to order

Circa 1984 storm windows no markings to provide. The smooth metal pin is a cheap fix of years ago which is a nail. A plastic/nylon pivot should be where the nail is. These are from the same window but are marked as 2220 and 2320. One appears to be a little longer than the other, but they are not perfectly straight now.

Hello! The closest window channel balance at 23" I can find is this https://www.swisco.com/23-inch/pd/Series-351-Channel-Balances/S351-23, but it doesn't seem to have a 2290 option like the photo. If you could help me identify the correct part, that would be amazing! Thank you!

Hey there. Trying to replace two window balances marked "2240" I want the whole system, not just the metal channel. Do you carry these? Do they just attach to the clip inside the window frame and then slide the window down onto them? Thanks! Ryan

I HAVE 4 OLD ALUMINUM WINDOWS NON OF WHICH HAVE CHANNEL BALANCES THAT WORK. IN EACH CASE THE SASH MUST BE PROPPED UP TO OPEN THE WINDOW.NONE OF THE CHANNEL BALANCES ARE INSTALLED. I've been looking at the window channel balances and can't seem to fine the combination I think I need. From looking at the dimensions I think I need a 1/2 channel that's 23" long with a 19-002 top and a 15-005 shoe. The stamp on my balance reads 2220V. Do you have this combo? I've attached pictu ... There is 2230 B.S.I. stamped on the balance. Balance is 23" long without the plastic ends. Is S351-23 with option: 2230 the right part to order? Also, do you have the window locks? Thanks, Chuck English
