I have a Jordan window with a broken top sash guide. I have attached pictures of a non-broken guide I removed from the same widow. Could you please help me identify the correct replacement part?

I am ready to purchase the recommended S385-28 - option 2740 for my windows. I will be ordering 10 of these. I have realized I also need the top sash guides but cannot find a match.

Could you please suggest which parts I should order to replace this top sash guide? Thanks

Please help identify. Stamped in the side is 27 5. BSI is stamped perpendicular to the number. Photo 2 should show the numbers as well. There are two of these that sit on top of the window and work with the channel balance. I installed new channel balance guides and the one pictured snapped off the left side of the window.
