I have various height windows. Balance is 1/2" wide x 9/16" deep. Balance: 4 with the metal part 29" long 2 with the metal part 27" long 2 other windows had 2 different size balances, metal part 31" & 35". Window is 36" long so I think 35" would be the right one. I need 4 of those. Need 4 of the pie ... (cont.)

Balance # 2320-24 in. Long- 5/8 in. Deep Top fitting is 3/4 in. Deep, 1 1/4 high Bottom fitting is 7/8 in. Deep, 1 in. High Sash guide is 3/4 in. Wide, 1 5/16 high If additional info is needed please let me know

Looking for black plastic top sash cam for Jordan windows. Approx 22 year old window There is a metal piece where a screw goes, the black is hollow and bending causing window not to catchIt is 1" wide at the top.

Just received the S385-30 : 30" Series 385 Channel Balance replacements from you and realized I have several stops broken on the windows. Can you tell me what I need from the attached picture? Do I need any kind of stop on the Botton of the window too?

Looking for replacement channel balances, having difficulty finding the right attachments on the website. Looking for (14) 18" balances with 1710 stamp (4) 12" balances with 1110 stamp

Also need to know if you sell the top frame piece that these guides screw in to holding frame together.

I previously ordered the 5/8 sash guide from this website in hopes that I could make it work. Sadly I could not as the 5/8 is just a little smaller than this piece. Looking for replacement parts- complete lifters to fit my 2130 Z (off Salt Lake City, UT AMSCO Windows) and Top Sash Guides (closest fit to 18-052 product). Would like your recommendations.

Hi. I need to replace a few Top Sash Guides that are broken or missing. There is a marking on each one: 200-773 I'll submit a bunch of photos. Note that in one of the photos it appears the screw is going through the Guide, but the Guide is actually lying on top of the screw.

The little black piece on the left side came off. The metal piece came out.

Please help me to find the correct channel balance and corner piece (top winged 27mm by 18 by 30mm)
