Could you please help me find the correct top sash guide. Thank you

Good Morning; I am looking for this item. I believe is called a top sash guide. I did not see any on your website. The bottom dimension is about 1/2 inch and the top is 1 inch and has two little "prongs" on each side. One of the prongs is broken. I need two. Please advise.

Picture of 30 inch channel balance and top sash guide. They are lawson window from 2005.window size 30 x 51 weight 38 to 39 lbs. And other window is 36 x 34 weight 28 to 29 lbs.

I bought the new channels from you according to the directions per you tube video and measurements. The channels fit great. The top if the windows have a plastic piece that is broken on one side. The right side is not catching on the channel. I am hoping you can figure out what the name of this ... (cont.)

My channel balance are stamped 23-10. They are all broken. Would you recommend a stronger 23-20, 23-30 or 23-40? I will be ordering the 24" series 385 channel balance (5385-24) and the top sash guide 18-147. Will they fit together?

Fixing a window for a client to many different variations for me to look through. Figured I'd leave it to the window pros!
