I am looking to order (2) if the S377-18 channel balances for a 19lb window. Please let me know if you need any other information.

The metal strip is 18 inches long. The top clip is 14/16th inches wide. 1 inch long. The bottom clip is 1 inch deep.

I am in need of these balances, they resemble the 377 and the 371 but not quite due to the top portion of the balance.

Dear help Desk, I am looking for 4 channel balances Part # S377 18" long but the window weight is 28 pounds, I am located in south Florida , I have hurricane impact windows that are heavier than the weights listed on your site. Can you help me here? Thanks Drew

I need two of these 17 2 GS CALDWELL Channel Balances.Our bedroom window was replaced with a new replacement window. The pictured channel balance came out of the new replacement window. I have a old balance that the metal channel measures 18.5", can these be ordered. The problem is the 1820's I ordered are to long and hit at the bottom and the 1720's I ordered do work but are not a exact replacement for the originals. Any suggestions.

The numbers on the balance is 17 2 Tk. The length of the balance is 18" long.

Have a window that measures 52" wide x 32" tall. It is missing the balancer rods thanks to my goofy tenants. There are no markings and I was hoping that you may know what kind of window it is. Fixed window. 1/2 inch by 30 inch. Printed number reads 2920. Is this S377?

Please advise which channel balance option to order on your 18" 377 series for Binings Pan Am window. Stamp on my balance indicates k-17-1.
