19-015 Channel Balance Top

I am trying to identify the proper channel balance. The rails are 27" long and have a stamp showing 2630 on them. I believe the balance top to be 19-015 and the shoe 15-002. I am not sure that is correct. If it is correct, what is the correct Channel Balance that I should order?

I need a replacement spring for my window balance, which is 21 inch long from one end of the metal sleeve to the other. The balance has the numbers 2030 marked on the sleeve. I searched this website and find out the sash guide should be 18-030, channel balance shoe 15-041, channel balance top 19-015. I would like to identify the type of mechanism for my windows, see pictures. The total measured length is 23.3 inches and includes the two end hooks.
