Looking for balancers for Nuprime windows. They are missing so I don't know what to measure to order new. Stamp says 1240.

Is the stamp option necessary, and if so, how do I know which one is correct. I have a 31" and a 13", channel, actual measurements are 13.5, and 31.5

I need to replace the 13" Channel Balances and the Top Sash Guides on my 2002 KINCO non tilt window. The balances are stamped 12 2 BSI. The top and shoe pieces are attached.
