S380-13 13" Series 380 Channel Balance

The only markings are 12D usb.

Trying to find replacement counterbalance for my windows. Counter balance is 13 inches and the only marking I can find are 12 3 BSI

Based on the information provided on your website I think the part I need is 13" Series 380 Channel Balance. However I don't know if I need 1210, 1220 or 1230. The only marking that I can find on the balance is 12D.

Please check my pictures, this is a channel balancer, metal to metal is 13", width is 1/2", stamp 12-5. Thanks

This is a non-tilt channel balance. It has markings: "12-5 IE5 CMC 75" The width is 1/2 or 9/16", the length of the metal part is 13". The shoe depth is 1" from the back of the flange to the widest part.

Hi there. Need some assistance in referencing the correct replacement window balance. I have a Caldwell block and tackle balance, 1/2" wide channel, 13" length, 12-5, 1" deep foot, wings on both top and bottom fittings. I'm not certain which item in your catalog best fits this. In my guest bathroom the window uses 13" channel balances and weighs 17 lbs. Your series 380 channel balance are what will fit but only supports op to 11 lbs. Any help you provide with the above will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cedrick
