I'm trying to verify a replacement part for my non tilt window balance spring. It measures 30 inches long. I believe it's a half inch. Photos included.

I have two of the same size windows that need new channel balances. From the top and bottom hardware I've determined that it s a Series 380. The shaft is 30", but imprinted on one set it "2906" and on the other "29 9". Both have the same shaft length and hardware measurements, but I don't see those ... (cont.)

Hello, My channel balance broke; the cable snapped. I'm trying to find the comparable replacement part. The markings on the channel are 29-HV CMC 7 and the window has an identifier of H-C40-54x90. Thank you!

Metal channel measures 30 inches with 29 9 stamped on the end.

As per the technicians recommendation, I ordered these Channel Balance with the option, 2920. Should I be concerned about the difference in spring size?

The window part number is 2950 CJ AT or at least that is the number engraved at the end of the part. The metal length is 30" with a plastic insert on each end making the overall part 31". The windows are about 21 years old. I could find no description on the windows. The part is 5/8" x 1/2". ... (cont.)

There are no visual markings on metal window balance frame. Provided all photos to assist in identifying correct replacement window balance.

I will need 8 balances and was hoping you have these type in-stock. Not sure of the weight load of these balance but I know the top and bottom plastic slides have wings. Channel balance measures 29 7/8 inches

No markings found on part. 52" wide single pane non-tilt window. Channel width is 5/8". Length is 30". I need both sides. Just note there is a wheel at the bottom and this looks like a block and tackle type balance.

I neglected to take photos of the balance(s) before removing them. I'm not even sure how to determine if they are in fact "worn out." One side keeps coming off its connection to the window frame. I've try to match my window balance to the ones on your website but I can't find any that resemble mind. ... (cont.)
