S390-16 16" Series 390 Channel Balance

I need to identify the balance in the pics to replace it. The markings are 15 5 or BSI. Unable to remove window to show installed. This is a Silver Line series 2700. See additional pics. It measures 16

I'm looking for help identifying a channel balance. It is marked 1540F and measures 16" long.

Hello The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830. My window balance looks like this 16" Series 390, but none of the options look like what is stamped on the existing unit. Mine is stamped 15 5 NK BSI.

Hi, couldn't find a replacement on your website. It's a 16" long by 1/2" wide channel with "15 5 CN CALDWELL" stamped on the side. Hope you have something that'll work. Thanks, Dan

The pictures I hope shows a S390-16. The metal piece is 16". My confusion is due to the 1620 stamped on the piece. Is S390-16 the right channel balance? Thanks

I replaced several of these in a rental house but the ones for the small window above the tub were missing altogether. Hi there, I live in a mid-rise in Chicago. I've got four windows, and need to replace the channel balances on all of them. The two smaller windows appear to be a 16" Series 390, and are stamped with "P 15s22" .. The two larger windows are 39" Series 390, stamped with "38DS BSI VK 50L" ... (cont.)

The only stamping I see on my channel balance is 1620 and B.S.I. Judging from the pictures I think I need the S351 because the foot looks closer to what I have. Thanks, Andy
