We have determined we need the 390 balance for our non tilt aluminum windows.24" metal lengthCurrent (old) stamp says 2420 and there is only one sash balance in the windows and I guess we want to stick with single balance.(Not sure of exact window weight)Which stamp should be buy for the 390 balance ... Hello, I need to replace 3 sets of window balances. On one of the balances the stamp is 24 - 3 CR Caldwell. On the other one it is difficult to read but appears to read 15 - 2 LP. When I measure each with a measuring tape. Excluding the plastic ends the 24-3 CR measures 25 inches. The 15 - 2 LP ... (cont.)

the numbers on the balance are 15202

Length, not including plastic attachments is 16". I need to order a replacement set.

16 inch end to end of metal piece

I have to replace a broken one. Guess I?m supposed to do both. I want to make sure I buy the right size. The metal measures 16 inches, but your options start with 15. Mine is stamped with 1620B. Just a little confused. Can you tell me what I need? Here?s a picture.

I need to replace a window channel - 390 series. The metal channel measures 16 inches, but the stamp on it is 1620.
