Thanks for posting, Mark. Based on your stamp, I'd recommend our 2550 option. This can support a window sash weight range of 25 through 28 pounds. Does your sash weight fall within that range? Let me know!

Hi, I have a Gapco Window that is missing both channel balances. The window sash measures 20 3/8 in high by 34 in wide. I want to know what length would work. I have a balance with the stamp on it reads-- 25DS jk 37. The metal channel is -- 1/2" wide 26" long. With the top shoe and bottom shoe, the total length is 27"

Is it possible to measure the window sash to determine the correct balance length? The reason I ask is I have several windows that have the 2630C balance measuring 26 inches long. I found a 2630 balance measuring 27 inches loose in the garage. I have checked every window in my home and can't find an ... (cont.)
