S390-26 26" Series 390 Channel Balance

The cord is breaking, I need replacement.

I have aluminum non-tilt hung windows in my condo. The balance top and the top sash guide are most unusual. I don't see them on your website. Can you find them?

Metal measures 26" Window weighs 45.5 lbs See photos. These are NOT the original balancers, and they have failed within a year. Mat be the wrong ones? The Windows are Quaker aluminum.

I need to replace the balance the number is J 2540 included some pictures .

My window balance rod is stamped 2520 BSI as in the attached photo. I see that you have that part but in a number of different series. How do I know what series to order? Thanks.Nelson

I have a 1/2" wide window balance I need to replace. It measures 26 1/16" from end to end on the metal frame only not including to plastic attachment pieces. Thank you for your help!

I ordered the channel balances only to discover that it was the plastic piece on the window that needed to be replaced. Argh! The channel balance numbers on the windows are 2520 and 2830's. If you could ID the part in the picture and send me the part number for ordering, I would appreciate ... (cont.)

Please advise on what is the appropriate part. It is stamped 2550 32 on the channel itself. The metal part is measured at 26 inches. I did not see the exact top of foot matching to what you have listed.

I have a window were each side load B & T is broken and would like to buy 3 sets. I think the window is a plygem. What is the difference between the S350-26, S351-26 and the S390-22. When I took the existing window apart I don't rember seeing a section that was 26" long. Do these come in shorte ... (cont.)

Is there any way to identify a balance when the bottom shoe is damaged? This is on both sides of the window. 26

I need 2 replacements for the following sash balances, but I am not sure what to order. Can you please help? 24DS BSI 44

I looked at a vinyl single hung non tilt window that is missing both sash balances. I took the picture of the sash balance in the window next to it. The markings on the balance are in blue ink and one says 25.5 DW CMC 11. The other says 25.5 CX CMC 0. The balance is 1/2" wide and the metal is 25 ... (cont.)

Need to replace 7 balances. Attached pictures of the top and bottom attachments along with the stamp on the slide "2590 33". Slide is 26 inches end to end without attachments. Can you tell us what replacement part # we should be ordering?
