Metal channel only 28" Overall length with plastic ends 29" Channel 1/2" wide

The aluminum channel is 28" end to end excluding plastic pieces. There is a label on the aluminum channel 2730 BSI ET as shown in one of the pictures. The pictures are from an operational unit. I have submitted photos of my broken window channel balance and would like some assistance in which of your product I can buy to match it. It is 28" in length and 1/2 wide, with a boot of 1-1/8". It is stamped 2720. Thank you very much for all your time and help! Bill

Hi, Can you help me identify this window part? I can't figure it out. It looks like 1/2 inch. 27-4 AA CMC 7. I need 4 of them.

Just received S390-28 channel balances for 34 Lb windows. Need top and bottom guides. Can you identify the part? See photo

the width of the channel appears to be 1/2" and the length is 27" as far as I know it is a non-tilt window. The marking on the unit is 27C USB. Any help identifying it would be appreciated.

One channel balance is missing, the one remaining is broken. It is a 28" - 1/2" - has a 1 1/8" shoe with 2720 stamped on the back. I think the 351 series is a match, but somehow it looks like the spring attachment to channel is somewhat different. Perhaps because it is non functional. I would like ... (cont.)

Can't tell what to order by stamp on channel. It says 27 3. Window weighs 18 lbs.

Stamped as 2780 BSI 28" length These break after professional fixed! Do we need larger weight rating? Thank you. We need to order multiple pieces but want to get the correct parts with your help Thank you, John C

I measured it at 28" long I have 8 windows

Hello, I am looking to replace these original balances in the windows. Length is 28" not including plastic. Had some trouble measuring the plastic part but it seemed to be a little longer than an inch. Stamp: 27 4 OS CALDWELL Thanks!

Hello I was looking to purchase 2 sash balances for a project we are working on. The balance I found was the 28" Series 351 channel Balance but the options stop at 2770. Do you have a sash balance identical to the 28" Series 351 but has the strength and stamp of a 2790. The width of the channel is ... (cont.)

1/2 in width 28 in length Markings 27 2 BSI PD

I do not see any other mark other than the engraved 2730. This looks somewhat like the parts online for the 28" 2730. I will upload more photos on request
