S390-32 32" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hi again, I have a couple of windows with 1/2" non-tilt channel balances that have failed. I've identified the replacement as your Series 390 balances with the 19-001 top and 15-001 shoe. One balance is stamped "1930 BSI" which seems obvious enough--it's 20" long so I will order the 1930 option ... (cont.)

The window balance is 32" long and .5" wide. I need 14 of these. There is also a stamping on them that says HD193. Please reply ASAP Thank you Dave

Hi - Attached is a picture of my balance. What model do I need? I have both a 20 lb sash and a 27 lb sash. However, the windows are the same size and the balancers ends and size are identical. The body length is 32 in. and the width is 1/2 in. Thanks, Terry

Hi, My original 1/2 inch channel balancer's have the markings of: 31DS 36. The top shoe is a 19-002. The bottom shoe my be a 15-001 or 15-002. I have been looking at series 351 and 390 but I'am not sure. My channel balancer measures 32 inches from metal end to metal end. I would like to ord ... (cont.)
