Hello- I need two sets of channel balancers. The window weight for both windows is 26.6 Lbs. One window is 26", the other is 32". Other than size, weight and attached pics are the same for both windows. Thank you!!!

I have windows with Versa-Sash stamped on the locks the newer sash balance is stamped 3140H with what appears to be TBS stamped perpendicular to the H. Please advise as to what part #(s) I need. I am looking for 10 balances to start.

I have a few window balances that have broke/snapped. I've attached images of them. They measure to be about 32" in length and the numbers on them say '3190...29' Can you help me determine which ones I need to replace them.

Window Mfg. is ATN number on old springs is 31 9 FX CMC 7 as pictured. they are 9/16 wide, window is 34.5 high and 27 lbs need 2 pair, 4 total springs

I am looking for spring balance for "Versa- Sash" non-tilt window. Pictures attached. #3130 stamped on the balance. The metal portion is 32" long. I have the following stamp on my balancer. 31 4 BSI EV. Sash weight is 20 lb according to scale. Trying to figure out if I need 3130 (16-23 lbs) or 3140 matching closer to stamp but for higher weight sash?

Windows are from a home built in the late 80s, I'm unsure if these are original. Most of mine are in pretty rough condition but this appears complete. The metal of the balance measures 32 inches by 5/8s of an inch. It has a stamp on one side of the number 3130 followed by either a superscript lowe ... (cont.)

The length from metal end to metal end is 32 3/8 inches Number on the balance is 3210/ I will need replacement or rebuild parts for between 20 and 30 window

I tried to identify this channel balance on your website, but could not find the correct match. It is 1/2" width for a non-tilt window. There are numbers on the Channel Balance as you can see in the picture: 31 4 FWF CMC 4 Can you assist?

HI, I need to purchase 2 (right and left - seem identical) NON-TILT WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCES - stamped "31 3 Caldwell JM" it actually measures 32", and approx. 1/2" width (33" with hardware attached) The window is not stamped with manufacturer - from a new home since 1993 (23 years old) ... (cont.)

Hi again, I have a couple of windows with 1/2" non-tilt channel balances that have failed. I've identified the replacement as your Series 390 balances with the 19-001 top and 15-001 shoe. One balance is stamped "1930 BSI" which seems obvious enough--it's 20" long so I will order the 1930 option ... (cont.)
