I was considering replacing my clunky pin assembly as you recommend but the hole for the clamp is not square. Is that a problem? Also, the pivot clamp needs replacing but I don't see an exact match. Photos attached. Thanks!

What I believe I need are the pivot guides and guide pins for National Bifold Doors louvered metal doors. They both appear to be around 4 2/2 inches long.
