S600-15 15" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

The part I'm looking for is 15" long and I think 5/8" wide. (Although it looks like 1/2") and has a blue tip. I will need 4.

The window will not stay up anymore. It falls closed under its own wieght. Can you help me find the replacement parts please Thank you David

Hello, I need to replace the spiral balances in my windows. I need a 15" spiral balance but I am not sure about the shoe or sash guide. I attached 2 pictures. One is the spiral balance. I have a 5/8" X 15" spiral balance series 600 with a white tip. I spoke with customer service and they said you don't carry them. Is it possible to get them, or what do you suggest? I need two, but may order four. Thanks.

The spirals do need to be charged when you install them. You will need to give the spiral balances about three turns before locking them in the pivot shoes.

I recently ordered spiral balances for my tilt out windows. Thank you very much for all of your help. Now I can throw away all the sticks that I needed to hold my windows open.
