S600-20 20" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

I am replacing nine window spiral springs that do not hold window up ,Their are two other windows with red and blue tips that work but the nine that do not are all red . Are the colors what determine the spring strength and if it does should i go to a different color?

1-1/4"w x 2-16"h x 9/16" thick picture attached which part number will work for me i have 20" s-600 balancer red

Do these need to be lubricated periodically? If so, what should be used?

I just got your "spiral charger" for my tilt windows. Here is what I have to work with: Each sash weighs 23lbs. There are TWO 5/8 spirals on each side for both the top and bottom (total 8 spirals for each window). TOP sashes are 4pcs 5/8" x 20" "red" BOTTOM sashes are 5/8" x 22" "blue" Thes ... (cont.)

when charging a new spiral balance (S600-20) what is the most turns you can do total i know it s 2 clock wise at a time and 1 counter clock wise at a time
