Trying to find replacements for the balances pictured. Balance measures 20", have yellow tips and white plastic tube (not pictured).

My windows will not stay up. Do I only need to recharge the mechanism or should I replace the old ones? The windows are several years old. Video was very informative. Thank you.

Hi, I need to repair 6 windows...both balances. Want to make sure I'm ordering correct balance. I followed the video. The tube is 20 inches long..red tip...5/8 diameter. Do I need the tightening tool or will needle nose do the job too?

Attached is the pivot shoe that goes with a blue tipped spiral balance for these windows.

my spiral balances are 19.5 inches, 5/8 diameter and red color tip. can't find name or number of manufacturer, but the windows are vinyl and over 20 years old.

Swisco, I have two kitchen windows in need of new hardware. There is no brand name on the windows. The swivel balances are 20 inches long with blue tips. The tube diameter looks to be 5/8".
