Series 751? Might be custom?
Looking to order 4 balances marked with a 24TG stamp. I believe I need either the 15-197 or 15-233 shoe. Please let me know if you need any other information.

LP S751 channel balance
I'd like to purchase an S751 channel balance for tilt-in windows made by LP ( Louisiana Pacific). This balance has a 19" long metal channel. The stamp reads 16B, but your website requires me to choose between 18R, 18HD, 18TG. Why no 16B?

Visions 2000 window balance spring.
Vision 2000 windows - balance spring hook is broken. Balance number is 18TG. Spring is 7/16" diameter, 5 7/8" tip to tip of hooks and wire diameter is 1/16". Spring is stiff - can hardly pull it.

Do I have a S751 channel balance
Looks like the series 751 ribbed channel balance. Measures 19" along the channel but unit is stamped s 18HD. This is for a weathershield double hung tilt window. Just want to be sure and order correct part. Thanks, Randy

Replace the knife shoe or the whole window balance?
I have several of these windows where the channel balance knife shoe (part 15-014)has broken. On a couple of them both sides are broken and the top portion of the window falls down unless the window is latched closed. Do I need to replace the channel balances (19") on these windows or can I just rep ... (cont.)
