How much vertical adjustment is there in this part. I have new carpets and need to raise doors at least 1/2 to 1 inch. I want to get new springs and clips, can this be done? Thanks.Paul

I ordered grommet 21-163 and it is too large for my metal bi-fold doors. I have included pics of the original grommet above. Any help would be appreciated.

I need four outside pivot rods with spring I believe . The inside pivots are in good condition..this is 2 -36" bifolds ... Can u find the correct outside pivots for these doors, they are missing, thank u

These doors are in great condition but the track and pins seems to be on its last leg. The doors squeak horribly and keep coming off the track. hii I have this closet door I need to buy replacement parts for it I about two feet wide metal and the bottom only has one circle thing at bottom and top I think you are calling it the pivot bracket. Well, I finally received pictures of the door to give you an idea of what I need to make repairs. So, this is the bottom of the door(I think) which has the hardware still intact but I need the hardware, the pivot pin/screw and track pin/screw for the top. Hi, I have a Benchmark Bi-Fold Steel Door for a hallway closet, for a home built about 1977. Most of the pins and other supporting hardware seem to be missing; we've had it off for a while but would like to rehang it. I found the pin cap (21-100) but, I can not find pivot pin bushing.

I need to replace the plastic bushing in the door for 1/4 inch pivot pin in a Benchmark metal bi-fold door and am unable to identify the proper part in your catalog.
