I am looking for the attached pivot shoe as well as the adaptable spiral balance.

House was built in 1981. I can't read anything on the labels. Windows will not stay up and have to put a stick in to hold them up. Would like to see there are parts to fix these

Mine must be closer to 3/8. I am attaching a few pictures that might help in determining the best fit. I tried to get a picture of the outer diameter and the diameter of the spring. I ordered this part item no. S900-12. It's the wrong part. I spoke with someone from your company and they told me to take a picture and send it to you. The part you sent is on the right. Hello, Could you help me pick out the parts to rebuild my window counter balances? The manufactures CareFree is out of business and I would need the shoe, instructions on how to remove them, the balance spring loaded rod, the winding tool and installation instructions.

I NEED 2 BALANCES MEASURE 30 INCH, 3/8 DIAMETER AND THEY HAVE GREEN TIPS ON THE BOTTOM. I ALSO NEED 2 BOTTOM PIVOT SHOES AND ALSO TILT WINDOW SPIRAL BALANCE TOOL.
