S900-15 15" Series 900 Spiral Balance

need help identifying spiral balances I will need to get back to the property to get count but there are at least 7 windows of this style balance with a couple of bigger ones now that I know what I am looking for. Can you help with which style these are?

Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

15" tilt window balance

Spiral tube 3/8" x 28" red tip with tilt Spiral tube 3/8" x 15" red tip with tilt Pivot Bar see pictures Spiral charging tool 75-005

Weight of window is 15.5 lbs. Length of tube is 15.5 in. Diameter of tube is 3/8 in.

The spirals do need to be charged when you install them. You will need to give the spiral balances about three turns before locking them in the pivot shoes.
