Hi. This is a photo of a spiral spring for a tilting double hung window. It is 21" long. It seems like the diameter is 1/2". The bottom piece looks blue but is more of a teal green. Might you have a part that could work?

Hi. They measure 21 and 23". Red or orange tip. I uploaded pics and tag from window.

Marked "dtb 5". 21 inch, 3/8 diameter. Green tip

We are reworking some windows for a customer. The 3/8 spiral balance are 21", green tip (see pic of green piece) I only see blue in 21". Hello, Trying to replace the spiral balance in 2 of my dining room windows. We have the metal one with orange tip, diameter more like 1/2" (closer to 4/8 than either 3/8 or 5/8), and measures just under 21". I'm having a tough time finding the right item that would suffice. I have a 15-05 pivot (blue insert)but my spiral balance is 3/8 x 21" (no color tip) is this correct? The MW windows were built in 1999

I can't find any manufacturer information on this window; no bar codes or stamped ID. Please see the attached pictures. The balance is 22" long.
