Hi, I am trying to determine which color tip to choose for the spiral balance. The one that is in there now is yellow. The sash is 40in by 34in. I'm pretty sure the window is double pane but I am not sure. It doesn't feel like its more than 30lbs so couldn't I just get the one that is for the hea ... (cont.)

Looking for blue tip 3/8" 31" spiral balances, only 5/8" available

I have identified my balances as series 900. The bottom sash has a S900-31 with a red tip. The top sash has an S900-33 with a black tip. You don't offer black as an option. What should I choose?

Just installed the spiral balances on the window that was very difficult to open and would fall down in small steps. Window slides up and down with ease. Will be ordering replacements for the other windows. Will

I'm looking for a spiral type balance replacement kit that will work with my MW Window which measures 32" W x 64" H and has the tilt out feature on the lower sash.

I have 2 36"x34" double pane, double hung replacement windows which are heavy. I used the standard replacement balance on one of the windows however, these were not strong enough to keep the window up.
