S900-31 31" Series 900 Spiral Balance

The window balances are broken, trying to figure out the ones we need. They are 33 inches long , I need 6 of them. I believe they are spiral. The tube is 31 inches and is 3/8 wide.

I previously bought 2 spiral balances but unfortunally didint fit in the window channel. A bit thicker. The existing ones are plastic sield or cover ant thinner than the ones I bought before.. the lenght tip to tip is31" and the body part is 30" at the bottom the tip is yellow instead of red like t ... The pivot bar has no writing on it , the balance has hu a o on it . The balance is 31 long,and it is the thin one

Want to replace metal rod that goes up and down with window it measures 31 inches 10 windows need replaced

I have 5 MW bottom tilt windows, house built in 1998, that need new spiral balances. The length of the balance top to bottom is 47.5" and the white cover over the coil is 31". I understand there is a tool to help install the balances and I would like that also.

I have some M&W tilt Windows. And on the shoe is a number 5900SB, I think the matching shoe number is 15-118? I measured my spiral balance and it's 3/8 tube. 31" long, NO color tip. So, what would you recommend as a spiral balance?

Hello! I am replacing my spiral springs (3/8"×31") and there are no colored tips on mine. The sash weight is 20 lbs. Should I get red tips or bump up to green? Will a heavier spring capacity improve performance?

Hi, Attached are two pictures of my existing balancers that I am told are Ultra-Lift balancers. They are black tipped and 31.5" long from tip to tip. Do you carry a replacement balancer for these? Thanks, Tom
