26-336 Pivot Bar, Simonton

Window slammed down found the left hinge broke.

I already replaced my broken pivot shoes with a pair of CertainTeed Pivot Shoes, which fit after filing off the small knobs, but then I realized that: 1.) my existing pivot bars are too fat to fit in the new pivot shoes, and 2.) one of my existing pivot bars is broken. I am attempting to repair a lower sash on a prism window. If you raise the sash there is nothing that prevents the bottom of the sash from coming out of the tracks and swinging freely. I don't know if it is a side balance or some sort of guide.

These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM ... (cont.)

need 2 pivot pins and 2 tilt latches (lower sash) for Simonton window installed approx. 2002. Both pins are missing so don't know which ones are needed. Same with tilt latches - both broken. All parts are for lower sash. Thanks

I can not find this pivot bar anywhere. It is nearly identical in length to the Simonton 26-336 Pivot Bar. Unfortunately, my pivot bar has a t shape head that is tapered. I'm hoping to not have to replace my pivot shoes, as the cost of purchasing the sash spreaders would be too costly for a one t ... (cont.)

Hi. We need two Simonton pivot bars. Ours have two holes and are 3 3/8 inches long. The holes are 1 inch apart center-to-center.From the first hole to the inside point is 11/16. The 3-hole that you have appears to be like ours, but the overall length is different and ours has 2 holes. Thank you. ... (cont.)

I need this pivot bar. It is 3-1/4" long and 1/4" to 5/16" in width. and also the part that sticks out from the side of the window frame is 13/16... Regarding your 26-336, the only thing that worries me is where the rounded flat part is I would rather it just be straight.

Can you help me find a replacement part for this piece. I have pics of the broken one and one from the other side that is not broken. I looked at your pivot pins for tilt windows and was wondering if I could send you pictures and if you could tell me if you sell the one I need.

I was told these are pivot bars. I see one is broken off and a couple of others are not inserted onto the window at the bottom. Thus, when the window is raised, the pivot bar remains in the lowered position and the window drops back down. I cannot identify the manufacturer of the windows. I had ... (cont.)

See photo. Metal pivot bars. Three inches in length. Two-screw mounting. Vinyl window marking: "WM" and "1998". Hopefully, you can find these parts. Window cleaning service did more than clean my windows.
