I am in need of (2) ALCAN 2930 and (8) 3620 Channel Balances - from 1990 Alcan windows. I am also in need of the snap in glazing. The glazing measures 9/16 (instead of the 7/16 that the 55-092 shows) and is 7/32 the same as the 55-092. Additionally, the window locks are 2 3/4 inch (2 1/4 inch center ... (cont.)

wrong channel ordered
ordered S710-29 , should have been s395 opinion 2840. Do you sell the pop rivets that fit the channel that the 19-005 top and 15-001 shoe uses? Instead of re-ordering and paying for shipping again I would like to use the existing ends from the old channel. Thanks for your help.

Need larger (taller) channel balance attachment
My home has many windows. I have had to replace two sets of channel balances so far, and now I have to replace another set. Previously, I used series 385 tops and shoes because those looked most like the originals. However, the tabs are thinner on the replacements than on the original balances; ... (cont.)

How to install the shoes
How do I install 19-008 & 15-025 top/bottom shoes into my channel balance. Specifically, what kind of rivet (part number?) do I need? Also is your rivet tool (show on your diy page for small rivets)work for this application? Thanks! Dave
