One of my window sashes doesn't stay in place and keeps sliding down. These windows were replaced before I got the place and have no markings for the manufacturer or the coil mechanism. Need to replace my coil balance assembly

I was told this was a ipex series jeldwen I need both sides for coil balances also tilt latch sliders

We are looking for the right double roller-tilt balance for a customer. The top metal band has a large "4" and then "31T" imprinted on the top coil. The bottom coil seems to have a big "5" and then "26T" printed on it.

Hello! The marking says "7GI". Is that 7 pounds on each side, total of 14 pound window? (I can weigh the window too.) The two coils came apart on both sides, so the window doesn't stay open.

It has .5 stamped on it. It fell and cracked so you see a whole in the side. It wasn't there originally.It's double hung window in the bathroom. It's about 10 to 15 years old. Thank you.
