Need Two replacements

I am looking to replace two coil spring balances on a window that is 24 1/2 x 36 and three-quarter tilt in double hung. The sash size is 22 1/2 x 18". I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. The metal triangle holds the top of the spring.Channel seems to be 1 or 1-1/4" x 1/2"Spring is 1/2" wide.When spring broke it blew out the pivot stop at the top.
